On the 6th of July 2007, TEAM will load up Resident Evil on their PS1.
They will film a little of this event.
They will then save the game, using an ink ribbon.
Then, the memory card and game will be packaged up and sent to one of you.
You will get your friends round and have a party. Or you値l snuggle up with your girlfriend. Or you値l be naked and alone. But you値l make a night of it and load up Resident Evil on your PS1.
You will take photographs of this event.
You will play for a bit, and when you池e done, you値l save your game on the next ink ribbon.
Then, you値l package up the memory card and game, signing your name somewhere in the manual. And you値l send it on to someone else.
As the game travels away from you, your next task will be to email us a link to the photographs or videos of your Jill Sandwich night, and some text describing your experience inside and outside the game.
And so the game goes worldwide.
We play through once as CHRIS. Once as JILL.
Around 60 Ink Ribbons. Around 60 possible saves.
Around 60 possible pictorial stories from real gamers, all across the world.
Do not break the chain. Lead CHRIS and JILL to safety and then send the game back home.
To have a chance of being one of the lucky people involved in this celebration of gaming:
Make sure you have a PS1. (A PS2 or PS3 will not do. For maximum nostalgia, we want to see photos of you having your Resident Evil theme night around an old grey PS1.)
Make sure your PS1 can play a PAL copy of the game. (This isn稚 difficult.)
